We're all human and things happen, but time is valuable and our technician's don't have the luxury of making an income without someone in their chair. To protect our technician's time and income, we are now implementing a cancellation fee. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24 hours or we have to cancel your appointment because you're running more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, we will add this fee to your next scheduled appointment.
